摘要
文章以阶州古街街区规划设计为例,对具有典型地域特质的体验式商业街区规划设计手法进行了分析和总结,提出在对项目及城市充分认知的基础上,从文化、空间、业态、建筑等多角度制定规划策略和与之相对应的空间、交通、建筑组群、风貌等规划设计方案。
In this study, the techniques of planning and design of experience commercial streets were analyzed and summarized, taking the Jiezhou Ancient Street as an example. The researcher also proposed the planning strategy from the perspectives of culture, space, format, architecture, and correspondingly, the design scheme on space, transport, building groups, styles, etc, based on the deep understanding of the project and the city.
