摘要
当前控制性详细规划编制阶段,采用传统手法根据直线距离布局小学用地有其局限性,往往会导致教育资源分配的不均衡性。因此,文章以桐庐城西区块为例,基于GIS网络分析,评价控规单元中公办小学的空间布局,并对未来的规划建设提出一些优化策略,以期实现空间分布的公平性。
At present, during the period of making regulatory plan, the troditional method of distributing state-run primary schools based on straight distance has its limitations. It tends to causes the inequality of the distribution of educational resources. Therefore, the research, taking the west part of Tonglu as instance, evaluates the distribution of state-run primary schools of Regulatory Plan by means of spatial network analysis based on GIS and also proposes some improved measures for planning and constructing in the future to achieve the fairness of spatial distribution.
