基于技术应用策略的BIM标准体系探讨

Study on the BIM Standard System Based on Technical Application Strategy

我国建筑设计行业应用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术已有十余年,但应用深度与广度仍停留在较低水平,迫切需要以系统性的技术应用策略加以推动。文章基于杭州市建委关于民用建筑设计BIM技术管理的对策研究课题,提出BIM技术应用策略体系,并以其中的标准体系方面为切入点,针对目前行业内的现状与问题提出相应的可行对策。

Building information modeling（BIM） has been applied for more than ten years in architectural design industry, but the depth and breadth of application still remain at a low level,which urgently needs a systematic technology application strategiesto promote it. Based on the research of BIM technology management in civil architecture design by Hangzhou Construction Committee, this paper puts forward the BIM application strategy system, and takes the standard system aspect as the breakthroughpoint, and puts forward the corresponding feasible measures for the current situation and problems.
