摘要
文章首先分析了创新型产业的发展背景与意义,进而从门类界定、用地分类、建设标准以及管理措施等方面对创新型产业用地的研究现状进行评析,并选取国内外案例对创新型产业用地建设的实践探索进行论述,最后从以上两方面出发对创新型产业园区的发展趋势进行预测,希望对创新型产业的发展有借鉴作用。
This paper firstly analyzes the background and significance of the innovative industries development, then evaluates the research status of innovative industrial land from the aspects of category definition, land use classification, construction standards and management measures. Secondly, it discusses some cases of domestic and foreign innovative industrial land practice exploration. Finally, from the two aspects above, this paper forecasts the development trend of innovative industrial parks with the hope of doing some help to its development.
