农村失能老人长期照护现状分析及对策

我国农村失能老人境况不容乐观,农村失能老人得不到应有照护的情况越来越严重。老龄化加速使得对失能照护的需求量巨大,农村家庭式照护的衰微,社会照护体系的缺失,公共照护资源的碎片化,以及专业技术严重滞后,是造成这种情况的主要原因。我们应该站在实施乡村振兴战略高度,充分利用党和国家发展老人事业、关心爱护高龄老人的一系列政策,整合碎片化照护资源,建立强功能高效率的农村失能老人照护支撑体系,在农村逐步形成永久性的失能老人照护体制,培育出农村失能老人照护新产业和就业新岗位,彻底解决农村失能老人照护难题。

the situation of the disabled elderly in rural areas in China is not optimistic. The situation that they can not get proper care is becoming more and more serious.Accelerated ageing makes a huge demand on disability care. The decline of rural family care,the lack of social care system, the fragmentation of public care resources, and the serious lag of professional technology are the main causes of this situation.We should stand in the height of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country, make full use of the Party＇s policies of the national development and the care for the elderly to integrate fragmented care resources and establish a strong elderly care support system in rural areas. We should gradually form a permanent disability elderly care system in the countryside,foster the new jobs for rural disability elderly care in the new industry and thoroughly solve the rural disability elderly care problems.
