高校基层党组织是党在高校的组织基础,基层党建工作是高校党建工作的重要内容。创新高校基层党建工作,是新时代党的建设的要求,也是加强基层党组织建设、促进大学生健康成长成才的必然要求。当前高校基层党建工作还存在认识不清、内容简单、机制不畅等问题。要紧密结合单位实际,在强化党建意识、加强队伍建设、创新工作载体、丰富活动内容等方面下功夫,进一步增强基层党建工作的针对性和有效性。

It is also an important guarantee for fully exploring the vitality of grass-roots Party organizations and Party members. Taking the Party building work in colleges as an example, this paper discusses the necessity and main problems of the Party building work innovation in colleges and universities.Based on that, it puts forward effective ways to innovate the grass-roots Party building in colleges and universities.
