综合护理对老年胰十二指肠切除术后呼吸功能的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing on respiratory function after pancreatoduodenectomy in elderly patients

目的探讨综合护理对老年胰十二指肠切除术后呼吸功能的影响。方法随机选取接受胰十二指肠切除术的老年患者60例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和护理组，各30例。对照组患者行常规护理，护理组患者行预防呼吸系统并发症的综合护理干预。结果护理组术后呼吸系统并发症的发生率明显低于对照组，护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论综合呼吸功能护理能够降低胰十二指肠切除术老年患者的呼吸系统并发症发生率，提高患者护理满意度，缩短患者住院时间，有助于患者术后恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on respiratory function after pancreatoduodenectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients who received pancreaticoduodenectomy were randomly selected and were divided into the control group and the nursing group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine care, and the nursing group had comprehensive nursing intervention to prevent respiratory complications. Results The incidence of postoperative respiratory complications in nursing group was significantly lower than that in the control group. And the nursing satisfactionwas significantly higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing care can reduce respiratory function of pancreaticoduodenal resection of elderly patients with respiratory complications, in hospital and help patients with postoperative recovery. improve patients＇ care satisfaction, shortening time of patients
