摘要
目的探讨PDCA模式在慢性。肾病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择慢性肾病患者80例,随机分为对照组和干预组,各40例。对照组实行传统健康教育模式,干预组实行PDCA健康教育模式,建立数据库,应用SPSS18.0统计软件进行分析。结果干预组在实行PDCA健康教育模式后的积极度及依从性良好率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论PDCA模式能提高慢性肾病患者的治疗积极性及依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA method in improving education effect of chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic nephropathy were selected, among which 40 were in the control group and 40 in the intervention group. In the control group, traditional healthy education mode was implemented, and the intervention group was implemented the PDCA healthy education mode. A database was set up. SPSS 18.0 statisti- cal software was used for statistical analysis. Results . In the intervention group, the positive and compliance of PDCA healthy education mode were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈 0. 05). Conclusions PDCA method can improve the treatment enthusiasm and compliance of patients with chronic kidney disease, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
