摘要
参与电力市场投标是储能运营的新盈利点。现有电力市场中储能技术投标应用的研究采用单一计算模型,忽略了电池储能的动态能量特性。针对上述问题,文章以锂电池储能为例,提出了一种基于能量分配的锂电池储能电力市场投标策略。首先引入锂电池动态能量模型,然后根据分时电价分配锂电池能量,以储能经济收益和日内电池储能市场投标收益最大为优化目标,制定储能系统的能量投标策略,最后以某地区分时电价为背景计算并对比了锂电池储能在不同投标策略下的收益。研究成果可以为电储能电力市场投标策略提供参考,同时为储能技术经济性评估提供理论基础。
Power market bidding is the new profit point of energy storage operation. The research on the application of energy storage technology in the existing power market adopts a single computational model,w hich ignores the dynamic energy characteristics of the battery energy storage. According to the above problem,taking lithium battery energy storage as example,this paper proposes a power market bidding strategy for lithium battery energy storage based on the energy distribution. Firstly,this strategy introduces the dynamic energy model of lithium battery,then allocates the energy of lithium battery according to the TOU(time-of-use) power price and formulates the energy bidding strategy for energy storage system by taking the maximum energy storage economic gains and daily battery energy storage market bidding profit as the optimal targets. Finally,based on the TOU power price in a certain area,the profits of lithium battery energy storage under different bidding strategies are calculated and compared. The research results can provide reference for power market bidding of electric energy storage and provide theoretical basis for the economic evaluation of energy storage technologies.
