基于生命周期理论的旅游供给侧改革研究——以吐鲁番为例

Study on Reform of Tourism Supply Side Based on Life Cycle Theory——Taking Turpan as an Example

旅游供给侧改革是调节旅游供需结构不合理、推进全域旅游建设的重要举措,对带动其他领域供给侧改革意义重大。结合旅游地生命周期理论,深入探究吐鲁番旅游供给侧改革的切实路径,运用HP滤波和增长率法对案例地生命周期进行测度,可知该区处于巩固阶段。因此,在借助信息化建设的基础上,通过提供多元旅游产品、整合多元领域资源、开展多元参与旅游方式三个方面有效解决现阶段的矛盾,以期提供多元有效供给,调控旅游地生命周期,指导旅游地的规划、开发和管理,推进全域旅游建设,确保旅游地的可持续发展。

The reform of the tourism supply side was an important measure to adjust the irrational structure of tourism supply and demand and promote the construction of the comprehensive tourism,and was playing an important role in other fields. Based on the life cycle theory of tourism destination,this paper analyzed the path of Turpan tourism supply side reform,which used the method of HP filter and the growth rate to measure the life cycle of the tourism destination. Then drew a conclusion that Turpan was in the consolidation stage now. In view of the current situation of this stage,the tourism destination was suggested that the contradictions at the present stage could be effectively solved by providing multiple tourism products,integrating multi domain resources and carrying out a variety of ways of participation in tourism through the provision of multiple effective supply on the basis of information construction. In order to provide multiple and effective supply,to regulate the life cycle of tourist sites,to guide the planning,development and management of tourist sites,to promote the construction of the whole region and to ensure the sustainable development of the tourism destinations.
