摘要
为探究2种矾根属植物在重庆地区的引种适应性,使用LI-6400光合仪于2017年8月8日对"紫色宫殿"和"薄荷朱丽普"2个品种矾根属植物叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO_2浓度以及水分利用效率日变化进行了测定。结果表明,这2种植物的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率日变化均呈"双峰型",第一个波峰出现在上午10时或12时,第二个波峰出现在下午4时或5时,波谷则均出现在下午2时左右;"紫色宫殿"在波峰处的净光合速率高于"薄荷朱丽普"。2种植物的胞间CO_2浓度日变化则呈先降低后升高的趋势,而水分利用效率则有所差异。"紫色宫殿"的水分利用效率呈多峰型,而"薄荷朱丽普"的水分利用效率呈双峰型,"紫色宫殿"的水分利用效率日均值高于"薄荷朱丽普"。综合以上结果,2种植物均能适应重庆地区环境,"紫色宫殿"的适应性略强于"薄荷朱丽普"。
In order to study the adaptability of two varieties of Heuchera in Chongqing,photosynthetic apparatus LI-6400 was used to test the daily variation of leaf net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,intercellular CO_2 concentration and water use efficiency of Heuchera ‘Palace Purple 'and ‘Mint Julep' in August 8,2017. The results found that the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of the two varieties showed as "single-peak"curve. The first peak appeared at 10 a. m. or 12 a. m.,then the second wave appeared at 4 p. m. or 5 p. m.,and the troughs were around 2 p. m. The net photosynthetic rate of ‘Palace Purple' at the peak was higher than that of ‘ Mint Julep'. The curves of daily variation of intercellular CO_2 concentration of the two varieties decreased first and then increased,while the curves of water use efficiency were different. The daily change of ‘Palace Purple' belonged to "double-peak"curve while ‘Mint Julep' showed as"triple-peak"curve. The daily mean vale of water use efficiency of ‘Palace Purple' was higher than that of ‘Mint Julep'. Therefore,the two varieties of Heuchera could adapt to the climate of Chongqing but the adaptability of‘Palace Purple' was slightly higher than that of‘Mint Julep'.
