摘要
通过对彩叶桂花品种"虔南桂妃"的不同扦插基质、插穗类型和植物激素的种类、浓度以及插穗处理时间的生根效果的比较,对该品种嫩枝扦插繁殖技术进行研究。结果表明,"虔南桂妃"生根类型为愈伤组织生根型,扦插基质配比为V(珍珠岩):V(蛭石):V(草炭土)=1∶1∶3时,生根效果最佳;选择"虔南桂妃"枝条上部插穗,并用1 000 mg/L浓度的IBA处理10 min,生根效果最佳。
This paper researched the softwood cutting techniques of Osmanthus fragrans varieties ＂Qiannan Guifei＂by dealing with different culture medium,cutting types,kinds and concentration of plant growth regulators and treat time. The results showed that ＂Qiannan Guifei＂cutting was callusing rooting,and the rooting effect of cuttings was the best by dealing with V（ Perlite） ： V（ Vermiculite） ： V（ Peat soil） cutting matrix in 1∶ 1∶ 3 or treating upper branches 10 min with 1000 mg·L^（-1） IBA.
