摘要
针对自然保护区内居民搬迁的住宅选址问题提出了一条基于GIS的技术路线。以山西省芦芽山国家级自然保护区为例,设想了搬迁核心区居民的场景。本着就近搬迁的原则,以研究区内的地形、交通、水资源以及居民聚集性为影响因子,借助GIS缓冲区、叠加分析功能划定适宜建造新住宅区的地块,再以面积大小和地块的形状指数为评价指标确定最终选址方案,并对提出的选址方法进行优劣势讨论。
This paper put forward the technical route to select resettlement site for immigrant in nature reserves based on GIS. The scene of the relocation core area was conceived taking Luyashan National Nature Reserve as an example. With the principle of proximity,the suitable land parcels for new residential district were determined by GIS overlay analysis in view of the factors of terrain,traffic,water resources and residential aggregation. The shape index and area of land parcel were evaluated to determine the final relocation plan which was discussed the trade-offs.
