摘要
龙马山是黑白仰鼻猴种群分布的最南端,其地理位置跨越了云龙县天池国家级自然保护区和兰坪县云岭省级自然保护区,由于对黑白仰鼻猴迁移活动规律不清楚,以及管理方面的薄弱,造成跨境盗伐、火灾等案情频发。2015年1月双方保护区签订了"联合保护行动方案"以促进对该区域的黑白仰鼻猴及其生境的保护。文中探讨实施跨区域联合保护后的保护工作成效与存在的问题,提出开展生物资源及社会经济本底调查,寻求社区居民参与共管模式,建立完善联合保护工作体制,相互帮助协调联合保护工作等建议。
As the southernmost distribution area of Rhinopithecus bieti,the Longma Mountian acrosses the Yunling Provincial Natural Reserve in Lanping County and Tianchi National Nature Reserve in Yunlong County where the cross-border illegal logging and fire case were frequent due to the poor awareness of the group migration rule and the weak management. In January 2015,the two administrations signed a＂joint protection plan＂to promote the conservation of Rhinopithecus bieti and its habitat. This paper discussed the protection effect and existing problems of cross-regional joint protection,and suggested to carry out the investigations for biological resources and social economic background,explore the community co-management mode,establish and imperfect the joint protection system,coordinate the work by mutual help.
