信号施工中信号机及相关设备的算量方法研究

铁路信号施工过程中,工程部和物资部的相关性越来越大,施工前工程部技术人员间要统计出施工过程中的各种设备用量,保证信号材料数量齐全及质量合格,然后将备货单交由物资部提前备货。以京哈铁路一间堡车站联络线为例介绍室外信号设备中信号机及相关设备的用量统计方法,主要包括信号机机构统计、信号机基础统计、高柱引线管统计、箱盒配线统计等四方面设备用量。算量时总结出一些经验做法,可以在工程上推广应用。

In the process of railway signal construction, the correlation between engineering department and materials depart- ment is more and more closer.Before construction, the technical staff of engineering department should calculate the quantity of various equipments in the construction process, ensure that the quantity and quality of signal materials are complete, and then send the goods order to materials department in advance. Taking the contact line of one fort station in Beijing-to-Barbin railway as an example, the paper introduces the statistical method of the quantity of outdoor signal equipment, which includes four as- pects, such as statistics on signal machine,signal basis,high column lead pipe and box wiring.When calculating quantity, some experience practices are summarized, which can be applied in the engineering.
