From the late 1920s to the late 1930s, Paris was called ＂the Capital of Russian Emigran! Literature＂. The ＂Green Lamp＂, which was founded by the Merezkovsky couple, was one of the most representative and influential emigrant organizations in ＂the Russian Paris＂ before the breakout of the second world war. The historical data of the ＂Green Lamp＂ is of great significance to the study of Russian emigrant culture history, literary history and spiritual life history. This paper makes a detailed review of the background, staff composition, conference process and topic categories of the ＂Green Lamp＂ in Paris, and gives a brief comment on the historical significance of it.
