2008年以来台湾民粹主义的经济学逻辑探析

An Analysis of the Economic Logic of Populism in Taiwan since 2008

台湾民粹主义与台湾政治转型相伴而生,自2008年以来不断升温,"选举民粹主义"形态进一步显现。探析近年来台湾民粹主义的经济学逻辑,可以发现,台湾社会贫富差距程度在客观上并不严重,但民意对贫富分化的感知却十分敏感而尖锐,主因在于民进党等政治力量对贫富差距拉大趋势的渲染与操弄。台湾民粹主义仍将长期存在,对两岸关系发展的负面影响复杂而深远,应客观分析民粹主义阴影下的岛内民意变化;找准对台宣传工作切入点,逐步实现引导台湾民意;继续推进两岸经济社会融合发展,厚植两岸关系和平发展的民意基础。

Accompanied by its political transformation,Taiwan＇s populism has been heating up and the form of the＂election populism＂has increasingly appeared since 2008. By the analysis of the economic logic of Taiwan＇s populism in recent years,we can find that the gap between the rich and the poor in Taiwan is not objectively serious,but the public perception of the polarization between the rich and the poor tends to be very sharp and sensitive. The main reason lies in the exaggeration and manipulation of the gap by the DPP and other opposition political forces. In fact,populism will continue to exist for a long time and will exert complex,far-reaching and negative impacts on the development of the cross-Strait relations. Therefore,we should make an objective analysis of the changes in Taiwan＇s public opinion under the shadow of populism,find a breakthrough point for the Taiwan propaganda work and do a good job in the guidance of its public opinion.Meanwhile,we should continue to promote the social and economic integration between the two sides so as to lay a strong foundation for the peaceful development of the cross-Strait relations.
