摘要
针对病案信息管理人员难以适应信息化建设和医院规模发展需求的现实问题,医院积极探索完善人才战略规划、丰富人才培育机制、创新人才实践平台、营造人才成长环境的病案信息管理专业人员培养模式,先后有3人完成学历升级,2人取得编码培训合格证书,3名卫生信息管理专业人员被引进,实现了卫生管理、信息管理、数据统计等专业人员合理搭配,能为医院提供质量控制、科研统计、数据分析、绩效评价等数据信息服务,从而达到了培养一支以中青年骨干为主导力量的病案信息管理专业人员队伍的目的。
In view of the fact that medical case information managers can not adapt to the needs of informatization and hospital scale development, hospitals are actively exploring the strategies of improving the personnel planning, enriching the personnel training mechanism, innovating the personnel practice platform and creating the environment for the growth of personnel. Three persons have completed the educational upgrading, two have obtained the coding qualification certificate, and three health information management professionals have been introduced. They have been able to match the health management, information management, data statistics and other professionals in a reasonable way. Thus, the aim of training a team of medical case information management professionals with the leading force of the young and middle-aged cadres is achieved.
