摘要 目的探讨前列腺癌组织中缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)蛋白的表达及其意义。方法收集80例前列腺癌组织(前列腺癌组)和40例正常前列腺组织(对照组),检测两组标本中HIF-1α与TGF-β蛋白的表达,并分析其临床意义。结果前列腺癌组中的HIF-1α蛋白、TGF-β蛋白阳性表达率分别为71.25%、65.00%,均高于对照组的5.00%、17.50%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);前列腺癌组织中的HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达与患者PSA水平升高、Gleason评分增高、临床分期增高、发生骨转移有关(P<0.05);前列腺癌组织中的TGF-β蛋白阳性表达与患者临床分期增高、组织学低分化、发生骨转移有关(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌组织中的HIF-1α蛋白、TGF-β蛋白阳性表达率升高,并且与前列腺癌的病理学特征有关。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha(HIF-1α)and transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β) protein in prostate cancer tissue and the significance. Method 80 prostate cancer tissues(prostate cancer group) and 40 normal prostate tissues(control group) were collected to detect the expressions of HIF-1α and TGF-β proteins, and the clinical significance was analyzed. Result In prostate cancer group, the positive expression rate of HIF-1α protein and TGF-β protein were 71.25% and 65.00%, respectively, and were significantly higher than that of the control group at 5.00% and 17.50%, with statistically significant differences observed(P〈0.05); the positive expression of HIF-1α protein in prostate cancer tissue was significant correlated with increased PSA level, Gleason score, clinical stage and presence of bone metastases(P〈0.05); and the positive expression of TGF-β protein in prostate cancer tissue was associated with clinical stage, poor histological differentiation and presence of bone metastases(P〈0.05). Conclusion The positive expression rate of HIF-1α and TGF-β protein in prostate cancer is increased,and it is closely related to the pathological characteristics of prostate cancer.
