中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征女性不孕的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Female Infertility with Chinese Medicine

多囊卵巢综合征作为一种常见的育龄女性内分泌障碍性疾病,越来越受到人们广泛关注,不孕作为多囊卵巢综合征女性常见的临床表现,使育龄女性的压力日益加重。中医药在PCOS女性不孕的治疗中显示出一定的疗效,本文对多囊卵巢综合征女性不孕的中医病因病机、中医药临床研究及分子机制研究进行综述。

Polycystic ovary syndrome,one of the most common endocrine disorders among women at reproductive age,arouses more and more attention in public. Infertility is a common clinical manifestation of women with polycystic ovary syndrome,bringing great pressure to women at reproductive age. Chinese medicine shows a certain effect in treating polycystic ovary syndrome female infertility. This review aims to discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome,the clinical research and molecular mechanism relating to Chinese medicine.
