摘要
无刷直流电机(BLDCM)是一种具有时变性和非线性的控制系统,使用常规PID控制时存在性能欠佳、适应性差等不足,为了改善控制性能,借鉴变论域思想,提出了一种新型的无刷直流电机模糊参数自适应PID控制。该文首先分析了无刷直流电机的数学模型和运行特性,阐述了模糊参数自适应PID控制器控制原理,在此基础上设计了无刷直流电机的模糊参数自适应PID控制器,构建了基于DSP的无刷直流电机调速系统,对常规模糊PID和模糊参数自适应PID控制无刷直流电机的效果进行了实验,实验结果表明,无刷直流电机模糊参数自适应PID控制系统动静态性能良好,具有自适应能力强、控制精度高、响应速度快和鲁棒性强的特点。
As the brushless DC motor(BLDCM) is a time-variant and nonlinear system, the conventional PID control has shortcomings of unsatisfactory performance and bad flexibility, according to the idea of the variable universe, a novel fuzzy parameter adaptive PID control of brushless DC motors is proposed for improving the control performance. First the mathematical model and operating characteristics of BLDCM is analysed, then the control theory of fuzzy parameter adaptive PID controller is expounded. Based on this, the fuzzy parameter adaptive PID controller of brushless DC motors is designed, the brushless DC motor speed control system based on DSP is constructed. The brushless DC motor speed control experiments are done by the conventional fuzzy PID and fuzzy parameter adaptive PID respectively, the experimental results verify that the fuzzy parameter adaptive PID control has better static and dynamic performance, better adaptability and high precision as well as fast respond and good robustness.
