摘要
GRF(growth regulating factor)因子是存在于植物中的转录因子,它在调控植物的生长发育、渗透胁迫等方面具有重要的作用。为了揭示油菜GRF基因家族的功能,本研究利用全基因组生物信息鉴定油菜GRF基因家族,并从蛋白质的理化性质、基因结构和系统进化等方面进行了分析研究。分析表明,油菜GRF基因家族共有34个成员,分成五个组,基因上有3~10个不等的蛋白质编码区,这些基因分布在13个染色体上,都含有QLQ和WRC保守结构域,各基因上游含有较多的热胁迫、低温胁迫和干旱胁迫元件。这些研究为进一步研究油菜GRF基因家族成员的功能提供了理论指导。
The GRF factor is a transcription factor existing in plants,which plays an important role in regulating the growth and development of plants and osmotic stress.To study the function of GRF gene family in Brassica napus,this study used whole-genome bioinformatics to identify GRF gene family in Brassica napus,and analyzed from the the physicochemical properties,gene structure and phylogenetic evolution of the protein.The results showed that 34 GRF genes existed in B.napus and could be divided into five classes.There were 3~10 protein coding regions in the gene sequence.These genes were distributed on 13 chromosomes,which all contained QLQ and WRC two conserved domains.The upstream of gene sequence contained more elements related to heat stress,low temperature stress and drought streses.The results could provide reference basis for further research on the function of GRF gene family members in B.napus.
