摘要
甘薯(Ipomoea batatas Lam.)是中国重要的粮食、饲料和能源作物。近年来,分子生物技术的快速发展给甘薯研究提供了新的技术手段和研究思路,大量甘薯重要功能基因的相继克隆为这些基因的深入研究和利用奠定了基础。本综述主要从甘薯品质基因、抗病虫基因、抗逆基因和块根发育相关基因等方面概述了近年来甘薯基因克隆的研究进展,并对甘薯基因克隆的研究方向进行了初步展望。
Sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas Lam.) is an important food,forage and energy crop in China.In recent years,the rapid development of molecular biological techniques has provided new technical methods and research ideas to sweet potato research.Sequential cloning of important functional genes in sweet potato settles a foundation for further application and research of these genes.This research mainly reviewed the advance of important gene cloning of sweet potato in recent years,including quality genes,disease resistance genes,stress-tolerance genes and root tuber growth genes,and also discussed the direction of sweet potato gene cloning.
