甘蔗与斑茅远缘杂交不同世代材料光合特性分析 被引量:3

Photosynthetic Characteristics Analysis of Different Generations of Distant Hybridization of Sugarcane and E. arundinaceum

摘要 以甘蔗与斑茅远缘杂交后代不同世代为材料,采用叶绿素荧光仪PAM-2500测定其快速光曲线,获得了快速光曲线的初始斜率α、最大电子传递速率ETR_m和半饱和光强I_k等光合参数,研究了不同材料的光合作用特征。结果表明,不同材料间光能利用率、最大光合速率和对强光耐受能力存在明显差异,YCE06-63的快速光曲线α最大,YCE01-69的最大电子传递速率ETR_m和半饱和光强I_k都最高。BC_3光能利用率高,不同世代材料最大光合速率和对强光耐受能力大小排序一致,这与最大电子传递速率ETR_m和半饱和光强Ik呈极显著正相关有关,F_1具有较强的最大光合速率和强光耐受能力。以上结果为更好的利用斑茅杂交后代创制高效新种质提供参考。 Different generations of distant hybridization of sugarcane and E.arundinaceum were took as materials in this study.Chlorophyll fluorescence detector PAM-2500 was used to determine its rapid light response curve,and the initial slope α,maximum electron transfer rate ETRm,and semi saturated light intensity Ikof rapid light response curve were obtained.Also,the photosynthetic characteristics of different materials were studied.The result showed that α,ETRm and Ikof different materials had obvious difference.α of YCE06-63 was the maximum and ETRm and Ik of YCE01-69 were the maximum.BC3 had the maximum light efficiency.ETRm and Ik of different generations were in the same order which might relate with the high-positive correlation between ETRm and Ik.F1 had the maximum photosynthesis rate and strong light tolerance.The above results could provide a reference to make better use of E.arundinaceum filial generation to produce high efficiency new species.
