摘要
通过盆栽模拟实验方法来探究重金属镉(Cd)对月季品种中‘金玛丽’生长特性的影响,从而探究‘金玛丽’在镉污染土壤修复中最适宜的修复浓度。实验中设置了6个不同的镉处理浓度:5 mg/kg、20 mg/kg、50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg、150 mg/kg、200 mg/kg,发现不同浓度的镉处理对‘金玛丽’生长影响不同,在镉处理浓度为5 mg/kg,对‘金玛丽’的生长有促进作用,随着镉处理浓度的增加,镉对‘金玛丽’的生长产生了抑制作用;在镉处理浓度为150 mg/kg,‘金玛丽’中根、茎、叶镉浓度达到最大值,‘金玛丽’中镉浓度值的分布大小分别是根>茎>叶;‘金玛丽’的吸收系数在镉处理浓度为5 mg/kg时有最大值,在20 mg/kg时有较大值,转运系数在镉处理不同浓度下值都比较低;‘金玛丽’比较适宜镉污染浓度在20 mg/kg以下的中低浓度土壤中进行植物修复。
Pot experiments were conducted to explore the effect of heavy metal cadmium(Cd) on the growth characteristics of Golden Marie in the rose variety,so as to explore the best remediation concentration of Golden Marie in cadmium contaminated soil remediation.The experiment set up 6 different cadmium concentrations:5 mg/kg,20 mg/kg,50 mg/kg,100 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,found that different concentrations of cadmium effect on the growth of different Golden Marie,in the Cd concentration was 5 mg/kg,has a promoting effect on the growth of Golden Marie,with the increase of Cd concentration,the growth of cadmium the Golden Marie inhibited; in the Cd concentration was 150 mg/kg,Golden Marie in root and stem and leaf cadmium concentration reached the maximum value distribution of cadmium concentration in Golden Marie are the rootstemleaf; Golden Marie absorption coefficient in the Cd concentration of 5 mg/kg has the maximum value there is a larger value,at 20 mg/kg,the transfer coefficient in different concentrations of cadmium values are relatively low; Golden Marie is more suitable for the cadmium pollution concentration of phytoremediation in low concentration below 20 mg/kg in soil.
