浅谈粤港澳大湾区建设中的知识产权定位

A Study on the Intellectual Property Orientation in the Construction of Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area

粤港澳大湾区建设对广东是重大机遇也是重大挑战,需要理论准备和智慧创新。创新是一个国家和地区经济发展的驱动力,而知识产权反映一个国家和地区的创新能力。知识产权战略管理和法律保护是知识经济和信息时代给政府及企业提出的新的重大课题和战略任务。粤港澳大湾区的知识产权发展亟需提升战略管理能力和法律保护手段。广东作为全国改革开放先行区,在粤港澳大湾区的发展当中起到重要引擎的作用。如何发挥广东的地缘、资源优势,发挥知识产权对创新发展的支撑和引领作用,加快创建引领型知识产权强省,全面推进粤港澳大湾区的知识产权建设,本文作出了相关的思考,并提出意见建议。

The construction of Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area （hereinafter referred to as the ＂bay area＂） is a major opportunity as well as a challenge for Guangdong province. It requires theoretical preparation and intelligent innovation. Innovation is the driving force of national and regional economic development, while intellectual property reflects the innovation ability of a country or region. The strategic management and legal protection of intellectual property are new important tasks as well as strategic tasks for the government and enterprises in the era of knowledge economy and information. The development of intellectual property in the bay area is in urgent need of improving strategic management ability and legal protection measure. As the leading area of reform and opening up, Guangdong plays an important role in the development of the bay area. How to take advantage of the geography and the resources of Guangdong, to support and pioneer intellectual property for the innovation development, to speed up building a leading province strong in intellectual property, promoting the construction of intellectual property in the bay area comprehensively, this paper makes relevant thinking, and suggestion is put forward.
