全金属螺杆泵单相流体漏失规律 被引量:2

摘要 全金属螺杆泵的定子与转子采取间隙配合方式,工作过程中间隙漏失对其工作特性具有显著的影响。为深入研究间隙配合方式下的漏失规律,结合泵内各腔室间的漏失机理,应用缝隙流动原理建立了基于不同流动型态的全金属螺杆泵单相流体漏失模型,实现了泵内漏失的定量计算,并绘制了全金属螺杆泵排量特性曲线。研究表明,全金属螺杆泵漏失量主要取决于泵结构参数、流体物性参数以及举升压差,其中配合间隙、流体黏度影响较大;间隙漏失规律与泵内流体流动型态密切相关,紊流型态下漏失情况明显严重于层流型态;该泵更适用于原油黏度较高的油井举升,通过适当增加泵级数可提高泵的工作性能。 All metal progressive cavity pumps work with the clearance fit between the stator and rotor,which makes the clearance leakage has a significant impact on its working characteristics. In order to further study the laws of the clearance leakage,considering the leakage mechanism between different cavities in the pump,the single-phase fluid leakage model of the all metal progressive cavity pumps was established for different flow patterns on the basis of the clearance flow theory,the quantitatively calculation of the leakage within the pump was realized and moreover the performance curve of this kind of the pump was also mapped. The study shows that the leakage of the all metal progressive cavity pump depends on the pump structure parameters,fluid property parameters and lifting pressure differential,among them,the fit clearance and liquid viscosity make big differences; the clearance leakage law is significantly related with the liquid flow patterns in the pump,the leakage under the turbulent flow pattern gets more seriously than that of the laminar flow; all metal progressive cavity pumps gain better lift performance in the production wells with rather higher oil viscosity and by means of appropriately increasing pump series.
