摘要
肿瘤是一类严重威胁人类健康的疾病,其发生发展是一个多因素参与的复杂过程,涉及多种基因突变及表观遗传学上的改变。近年来,有研究发现NPTX2基因表达于睾丸、胰腺、心、肝、骨骼肌、垂体后叶和神经系统等,并以睾丸中表达最高,其广泛定位及异常表达与肿瘤有着千丝万缕的关系。NPTX2基因在许多肿瘤中都存在着过表达或高甲基化的现象,是潜在的肿瘤相关的诊断、预测生物标记物及治疗靶点。NPTX2基因与肾细胞癌、神经母细胞瘤、胰腺癌、结直肠癌、胶质母细胞瘤等疾病有着密切的关系。
Tumors are serious diseases that threaten human health. Their occurrence and development is a complex process involving multiple factors, multiple gene mutations and epigenetic changes. In recent years, studies have found that NPTX2 gene is expressed in the testis, pancreas, heart, liver, skeletal muscle, posterior pituitary and nervous system, etc. , and the highest ex-pression of NPTX2 is found in the testis. Its extensive localization and abnormal expression has a close relationship with the development of tumors. NPTX2 is overexpressed or hypermethylated in many tumors and is a potential tumor-related diagnostic, predictive biomarker and therapeutic target. The NPTX2 gene is closely associated with renal cell carcinoma, neuroblastoma, pancreatic cancer, coloreetal cancer. gliohlastoma and so on.
