摘要
为了揭示烟气再循环对二次再热锅炉汽温的规律,模拟计算了不同的烟气再循环比例对锅炉受热面汽温和壁温的影响。结果表明:随着烟气再循环比例增加,FGR比例每增加1%,屏底烟温和分离器工质温度降低2℃,再热器汽温增加约1.5℃,高温过热器最高壁温可降低5~10℃左右,高压高温再热器最高壁温可降低12℃左右,低压高温再热器最高壁温可降低7℃左右。
In order to reveal the rule of flue gas recirculation on the steam temperature of double-reheat boilers, the influence of different flue gas recirculation ratio on steam temperature and wall temperature of boiler heating surface was simulated and calculated, results show that with the increase of flue gas recirculation ratio,an increase of 1%,the bottom of the screen is mild and the working temperature of the separator is reduced by 2℃.
