摘要
针对某厂350 MW机组汽动给水泵轴承振动异常的问题,对振动特征和膜片联轴器的不对中受力分析,得出水泵膜片联轴器不对中是引起振动的主要原因。结合设备特点,采取动平衡和减小轴承顶隙的措施,振动问题基本解决。
To the vibration problems of turbine-drive feed water pump of 350 MW Unit, the features of vibration and dynamics characteristics of diaphragm coupling system with misalignment is analyzed, it was decided the diaphragm coupling misalignment was the main reason for the vibration. Combined with equipment structure,after dynamic balance of the coupling and cut down the top clearance of the bearing,the vibration problem was basically solved.
