摘要 线性位移传感器(LVDT)作为汽机主汽门和调门开度的反馈装置在机组调节中具有重要作用,一旦发生故障可能造成负荷大幅波动、轴振大、轴温高等问题,影响机组的正常运行,严重时还会危及机组安全。以某660 MW超临界新建机组整套启动调试阶段AGC考核期间反馈装置故障为例,详细阐述了事故的发生、分析与处理过程,处理过程中机组负荷未发生大波动,轴振、轴温等参数正常,最终机组顺利恢复正常运行。 As the position feedback device for governor valve and main valve, LVDT is of great importance in unit regulating. Once a fault occurs, it may cause significant fluctuations in load, shaft vibration and high temperature problems, which will affect the normal operation of unit and endanger the safety of unit in serious cases. The feedback device failure was taken as an example in a 660 MW supercritical new unit during AGC assessment period of start-up debugging phase, and the occurrence, analysis and treatment of the accident were described. During the process, the load, shaft vibration, shaft temperature and other parameters were normal, and the unit returned to normal operation eventually.
