摘要
目的了解宝鸡市医用X射线诊断设备应用质量现状。方法使用B-Piranha型X射线性能检测仪及其配套设备,按照国家标准要求,检测透视机、DR、CR、CT机的性能指标。结果 2016年宝鸡市60台透视机、DR、CR、CT机性能指标整机初检合格率分别为85.71%、45.83%、23.08%、88.89%。透视机透视受检者入射体表空气比释动能率典型值、高对比分辨力、低对比分辨力合格率最高,达到100%;影像增强系统亮度自动控制合格率较低,为80.00%。DR机有用线束垂直度偏离的合格率最高,达到100%;SID偏离合格率最低,仅有45.83%。CR机输出量重复性、线性、有用线束垂直度偏离、曝光时间偏离合格率最高,均达到100%;SID偏离、IP响应均匀性及一致性合格率最低,为45.83%和23.08%。CT机诊断床定位精度、定位光精度、CT值、均匀性、线性合格率均达到100%,高对比分辨力最低,合格率仅有88.89%。结论宝鸡市医用X射线诊断设备初检合格率低,应加强放射诊疗设备的应用质量状态监测和监督。
[Objective]To know the quality situation of medical X-ray diagnostic equipments in Baoji City. [Methods] According to the national standard,B-Piranha X-ray tester and its corollary equipment were used to measure the fluoroscopic machine,DR(Digital Radiography) machine,CR(Computed Radiography) machine and CT(Computed Tormography) machine. [Results] The preliminary qualified rate of 60 fluoroscopic machines,DR machines,CR machines and CT machines in Baoji City was 85.71%,45.83%,23.08% and 88.89%,separately. The qualified rates of typical number of entrance surface air kerma on clients,highcontrast definition and low-contrast definition of fluoroscopic machine were the highest,which reached 100%,while the qualified rate of automatic brightness control in image enhanced system was lower,which was 80.00%. The qualified rate of vertical deviation of useful wiring harness of DR machine was the highest which reached 100%,while the qualified rate of SID deviation was the lowest,which was 45.83%. As for CR machine,the qualified rate of replicability,linearity,vertical deviation of useful wiring harness and deviation of exposure time were the highest,which reached 100%,while the qualified rates of SID deviation,and IP response homogeneity and conformity were the lowest,which was 45.83% and 23.08% separately. The qualified rates of positioning accuracy of diagnostic bed,localization light accuracy,CT value,heterogeneity and linearity all reached 100%,while the qualified rates of high-contrast definition was the lowest,which was 88.89%. [Conclusion] The preliminary qualified rate of medical X-ray diagnostic equipments is low in Baoji City. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and supervision on the application quality situation of radiation diagnostic equipments.
