团体辅导对提高警察院校大学生生命意义感的干预效果

Intervention effect of group counseling on improving meaning in life of police college students

目的探讨团体辅导对促进警察院校大学生生命意义感提升的干预效果。方法采用实验组和对照组前后测试及干预后1个月追踪测试的实验设计,对133名(其中实验组66名,对照组67名)警察院校大学生进行团体辅导实验干预及测评。结果 (1)干预前后测试中,对照组生命意义感得分差异无统计学意义(±s前测=3.591±0.558,±s后测=3.526±0.541,t=0.664,P>0.05),干预组生命意义感得分显著提高,差异有统计学意义(±s前测=3.601±0.609,±s后测=3.894±0.602,t=-2.779,P=0.006);(2)实验组和对照组在干预前后生命意义感得分差异有统计学意义(±s实验组=0.297±0.848,±s对照组=-0.098±0.755,t=2.785,P<0.01);(3)实验组生命意义感后测试得分和1个月后的追踪测试得分差异无统计学意义(±s后测=3.894±0.602,±s追测=3.826±0.598,t=0.647,P>0.05)。结论团体辅导可以有效的提升警察院校大学生的生命意义感,干预效果良好。

[Objective]To explore the intervention effects of group counseling on promoting the police college students＇ meaning in life. [Methods] By using pretest-posttest design and track test design in experimental group and control group,133（including66 students in the experimental group and 67 students in the control group） police college students were given group counseling and tests. [Results]（1）There was no statistically significant difference in scores of meaning in life between pretest and posttest in the control group（±spretest=3.591±0.558,±sposttest=3.526±0.541,t=0.664,P〈0.05）,while the scores of meaning in life in the experimental group increased,and the difference was statistically significant（±spretest=3.601±0.609,±sposttest=3.894±0.602,t=-2.779,P 0.01）.（2） There was statistically significant difference in scores of meaning in the pretest-posttest between the eperimental group and the control group（±sexperimentalgroup =0.297±0.848,±scontrolgroup =-0.098±0.755,t=2.785,P〈0.01）.（3） In the eperimental group,the difference in scores of meaning in life was not statistically significant between the posttest and the track test after one month（±sposttest=3.894 ±0.602,±stracktest =3.826 ±0.598,t =0.647,P〉0.05）. [Conclusion ] The group counseling could effectively improve the police college students ＇ meaning in life,with good intervention effect.
