钬激光治疗泌尿系结石的疗效及安全性

Clinical effects and safety of holmium laser on patients with urinary calculi

目的探讨钬激光治疗泌尿系结石的疗效及安全性。方法将94例泌尿系结石患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。对照组实施气压弹道碎石术治疗,观察组实施输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗。观察比较两组手术指标、疗效、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,观察组碎石成功率(95.74%)高于对照组(65.96%),观察组并发症发生率(10.64%)低于对照组(46.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钬激光治疗泌尿系结石患者手术效果较好,碎石成功率高,并发症少,推荐临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of holmium laser on patients with urinary calculi. Methods A total of 94 patients with urinary calculi were selected and randomly di- vided into observation group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy, and the patients in the observation group were treated by ureteroscopy holmium lithotripsy. The operation situation, clinical effects, complication were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, the time of calculus re- moval and the time of hospitalization of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the success rate of lithotripsy in the observation group （95.74%） was higher than that in the control group （65.96%）, and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group （10. 64% ） was lower than that in the control group （46. 81% ）, and the differences were signifi- cant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Holmium laser has good effect on the patients with urinary calculi, and high rate of gravel success and low rate of complication, which is recommended for clinical application.
