四物汤加味口服联合维生素B_1,B_(12)穴位注射治疗老年瘙痒症30例临床观察

Clinical observation on Siwu Decoction oral administration combined with VitB_1 and VitB_(12) acupoint injection in treating 30 cases of senile pruritus

目的观察四物汤加味口服联合维生素B_1,B_(12)穴位注射治疗老年瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法将60例老年瘙痒症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊口服联合维生素B_1,B_(12)肌肉注射,治疗组采用四物汤加味口服联合维生素B_1,B_(12)穴位注射。2组均以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组的皮肤瘙痒程度、皮损情况总评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后2组皮肤瘙痒程度及皮损情况总评分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为76.67%,治疗组为93.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四物汤加味口服联合维生素B_1,B_(12)穴位注射治疗老年瘙痒症疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Siwu Decoction oral administration combined with VitB1 and VitB12 acupoint injection in treating senile pruritus.Methods 60 cases of senile pruritus were randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each.The treat- ment group was given Siwu Decoction oral administration combined with VitB1 and VitB12 acupoint injection, and the control group was treated with epistatin hydrochloride capsule oral administration combined with intramuscular injec- tion of VitBl and VitB12.4 weeks as one course.The degree of skin itch,the total scores of skin lesions and curative effects of 2 groups were compared after one course.Results After treatment, the degree of skin itch and the total scores of skin lesions in 2 groups were significantly lower than before（ P〈0.05）, and the reduction was more significant in treatment group,there was a statistically significant compared with control group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate were 76.67% in control group and 93.33% in treatment group, there was a significant difference between 2 groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Siwu Decoction oral administration combined with VitB1 and VitB12 acupoint injec- tion is effective on senile pruritus.The method is worth popularizing in clinic.
