河北杏山铁矿安全高效爆破管理模式构建

摘要 构建安全高效的地采矿山爆破管理体系,是全面提升地下开采综合管理水平的重要组成部分,有助于有效解决传统爆破管理松散的问题,全面提升爆破本质管理水平,实现集约高效、高质量生产。为降低杏山铁矿爆破施工劳动强度,提高矿山开采效率,降低企业生产成本,构建了以安全高效为目标的爆破管理体系,形成了涵盖爆破管理信息化、爆破设计智能化、穿孔设备机械化、装药工艺自动化、采场结构参数大型化的地采矿山安全管理模式,取得了显著成效,可供类似矿山参考。 Establishment of the safety and high-efficiency blasting management system in underground mine is the important part of comprehensively improving the overall management level of underground mine,which is help for solving the loose phenomenon existed in traditional blasting management work,and comprehensively improving blasting essential management level,and realize the goal of intensive,high efficiency and quality production. In order to lower the blasting construction labor intensity,improve mining efficiency and reduce the production cost of Xinshan Iron Mine,the blasting management system characterized by safety and high-efficiency is established,therefore,the safety management model of underground mine is formed. Connotation of the safety management model can be summarized as: blasting management informatization,blasting design intelligentize,perforation equipment mechanization,charging process automation,stope structural parameter upsizing. The practice effects show that the significant social and economic benefits are obtained,which can provide some valuable reference for the similar mines.
