摘要
为确保近距离软岩煤层过巷掘进施工安全,山西塔山煤矿三盘区5307巷在近距离软岩煤层过巷掘进施工时,采取分层留底掘进施工工艺,对上标高巷道过巷处底板采取人工起底、铺设密集工字钢梁、浇筑以及悬吊锚索横梁等措施进行加固,对下标高巷道过巷段顶板近距离煤层采取架设U29型工字钢棚进行维护。研究表明:分层留底法掘进施工工艺有效提高了近距离煤层过巷掘进效率,保证了巷道施工安全;对过巷段近距离软岩煤层采取联合支护方案,有效提高了软岩薄煤层的稳定性,解决了软岩薄煤层预留难度大、支护困难等难题,取得了显著成效。
In order to ensure drivage safety of the roadway in close range coal seam with soft surrounding rock mass,taking the 5307 roadway of third panel in Tashan Coal Mine as the study example,the roadway drivage technical scheme is designed by adopting stratified bottom tunneling construction technique,the reinforcement measures of artificial bottom,laying intensive steel I-beam,pouring and suspension anchor beam are taken to reinforce the roadway segment with upper elevation,the close range coal seam in roadway segment with lower elevation is reinforced by building U29 I-steel shed. The study results show that: the drivage efficiency of the roadway in close range coal seam is improved significantly by using stratified bottom tunneling construction technique,the safety of roadway construction is guaranteed;the close range coal seam with soft surrounding rock mass in the roadway segment is reinforced by using the new integrated supporting scheme designed in this paper,the stability of the thin coal seam with soft rock mass is improved effectively,besides that,the problems such as high difficulty of the reservation of thin coal seam with soft surrounding rock mass and supporting construction are solved,which can provide some reliable technical reference for the similar roadway drivage construction engineering of the coal mines.
