摘要
贵州某锌尾矿锌品位0.49%,Ca O品位26.62%,硫品位4.42%,主要矿物白云石占85%。68.04%的锌赋存于氧化矿中,多分布于-0.074 mm粒级中。为探索该锌尾矿再利用的可能性,进行可选性试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm 91%的条件下,1粗1扫硫化矿浮选—氧化矿1粗1扫加温硫化浮选工艺流程可获得锌品位1.31%、回收率53.15%的锌精矿,达到锌硫化矿最低工业利用品位,但锌回收指标不理想,且流程复杂、成本高,不宜通过选矿回收锌。通过磁选、浮选等除铁后,白云石精矿可作为冶金熔剂、耐火材料等原材料,尾矿可用于生产硫酸。该综合利用方案可用于该锌尾矿的资源化利用,对于减少尾矿堆存量、提高资源利用率具有一定的参考价值。
The zinc grade of a zinc tailings in Guizhou is 0. 49%,with Ca O grade of 26. 62%,sulphur grade of 4. 42%. The main mineral dolomite accounts for 85%. Zinc in oxidized ore accounts for68. 04%,which are distributed in-0. 074 mm fraction. In order to explore the possibility of reusing the zinc tailings,beneficiability test was carried out. The results showed that under the grinding fineness of-0. 074 mm 91%,zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 1. 31% and recovery of 53. 15% could be obtained via sulphide ore one roughing-one scavenging flotation-oxidized ore one roughing-one scavenging heating sulfidation flotation,reaching the minimum industrial zinc grade of sulfide ore. But the recovery index of zinc was not ideal with complex process and high cost. Dolomite concentrate could be served as the raw materials of metallurgical flux and refractory material,and tailings could be used to product sulfuric acid after removing iron by magnetic separation and flotation. The comprehensive utilization program of the zinc tailings has certain reference value for decreasing storage of tailings and increasing resource utilization rate.
