摘要
本溪某铁选厂磁选尾矿石英品位75.5%,主要金属矿物为磁铁矿、赤(褐)铁矿,石英矿物赋存状态简单、结晶粒度大。为实现该铁尾矿的综合利用,进行高纯石英砂制备试验。结果表明,磨矿(-0.074 mm 90%)—弱磁选(95 k A/m)—强磁选(640 k A/m)—石英反浮选—石英提纯制备工艺流程可获得产率20.54%、石英品位99.93%、回收率27.19%、白度94.11%、耐温1 750℃的高纯石英砂,达到高端进口石英砂标准,可作为生产多种玻璃的原料。既实现铁尾矿的回收利用,又减少尾矿排放量,综合效益显著。
The quartz grade of a iron concentrator in Benxi is 75. 5%,whose major metallic minerals are magnetite and hematite( limonite),and the occurrence of quartz minerals is simple,grain size is large. In order to realize comprehensive utilization of the iron tailings,preparation test of high-purity quartz sand was conducted. The results showed that high-quality quartz sand with yield of 20. 54%,quartz grade of 99. 93%,recovery of 27. 19%,whiteness of 94. 11%,temperature resistance of 1 750 ℃ was obtained via preparation process of grinding(-0. 074 mm 90%)-low intensity magnetic separation( 95 k A/m)-strong intensity magnetic separation( 640 k A/m)-quartz reverse flotation-quartz purification,which reached the standard of high-end imported quartz sand,could be used as the raw materials for producing many kinds of glass. The recovery and utilization of the iron tailings was realized,meanwhile,tailings discharge was reduced with noticeable comprehensive benefits.
