摘要
为保证某萤石矿的安全可持续生产,在分析岩层移动角的基础上,采用FLAC3D三维有限差分软件,模拟计算矿体在开采过程中发生的地表沉降量,进而计算地表水平变形值及倾斜变形值,参照建筑物破坏等级来评判其安全性;通过数值模型模拟不同开采移动角的地表沉降值,确定矿山上、下盘围岩开采最大移动角均为77°,在保证盲竖井20 m安全距离的前提下,确定开采移动角为75°,符合开采要求,并能够确保建构筑物安全。
In order to guarantee the safety and sustainable production of a fluorite mine,based on the analysis of moving angle of rock layers,FLAC3 Dfinite difference software is adopted to conduct simulation calculation of surface subsidence during the mining process,and to calculate the horizontal deformation value and tilt deformation value,and the mining safety is evaluated based on building damage grade.By conducting numerical simulation of the surface subsidence corresponding to difference moving angle,the maximum moving angle of the upper and lower surrounding rock mass mining is determined as 77°,under the premise of the safety distance of blind shaft is 20 m,the corresponding mining moving angle is75°,which is suitable for the mining requirements,and safety of the buildings in the mining area can be guaranteed.
