安庆铜矿高浓度尾砂结构流充填工艺参数设计 被引量:2

Design of the Parameter of the Structural Fluid Filling Technique with High Concentration Tailings in Anqing Copper Mine

摘要 为解决安庆铜矿充填系统工艺技术问题,将现有的分级尾砂充填系统改造为高浓度结构流充填系统。通过对该矿尾砂材料进行取样,在实验室分别进行了全尾砂粒径、物理化学参数测定试验,沉降及泌水试验以及充填料浆扩散度测定试验。根据料浆的沉降性能和扩散度试验结果,设计了48组充填料浆配比试验,并对试块进行了单轴抗压强度测定。研究表明:(1)在该矿现有的分级尾砂中添加一定比例的细尾砂(添加量占总尾砂量15%~20%),可使得充填料浆的均匀性得到较大提升,可以实现充填料浆由现有的两相流转变为结构流;(2)在结构流充填料浆中,当灰砂比为1∶10~1∶4、浓度为70%~72%、28 d标准养护龄期的充填体强度为0.9~3.47 MPa时,可以满足该矿大直径深孔嗣后充填采矿工艺对充填体强度的要求。 In order to solve the technical problems of the filling system in Anqing Copper Mine,the existing classified tailings filling system is transformed into the filling system with high concentration structural fluid. By sampling the tailings from Anqing Copper Mine,some related tests such as the determination test of particle size and physical and chemical parameters,sedimentation and bleeding test,and measurement test of diffusion of filling slurry are carried out in laboratory. Based on the sedimentation property of tailing slurry and the flow property of diffusion test,48 groups of ratio tests of filling slurry are devised and uniaxial compressive strength of the test blocks are measured. The study results indicated that:(1)fine tailings can be added in a certain proportion to the existing classified tailings of the mine( ratio of the fine tailings content and total tailings( the existing classified tailings and fine tailings),and the homogeneity of filling slurry can be improved significantly,besides that,the fluid type of filling slurry can be transformed from the existing two-phase fluid into structural fluid;(2)in the structural fluid filling slurry,when the cement-sand ratio is 1∶ 10 - 1∶ 4,concentration is 70% - 72%,strength of the filling body after 28 d standard maintenance is 0. 9 - 3. 47 MPa,the requirements of large diameter deep hole subsequent filling mining technique of the mine to the strength of filling body can be met effectively.
