基于有序数据的Meta分析:黄连素联合硫糖铝治疗慢性胃炎

Based on meta-analyses of ordinal data: berberine combined with sucralfate for chronic gastritis

[目的]系统评价黄连素联合硫糖铝治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效与安全性。[方法]检索数据库关于黄连素联合硫糖铝治疗慢性胃炎的文献,时间截止至2017年9月。建立比例优势比模型,以对数优势比lnOR作为临床疗效分析的效应量;采用Stata11.0软件进行有序数据的Meta分析。[结果]联合用药的疗效优于黄连素单独用药[lnOR=1.11,95%CI(0.95,1.27),P<0.0001],其不良反应率与黄连素单独用药比较差异无统计学意义[OR=1.03,95%CI(0.65,1.63),P=0.906]。[结论]现有证据表明,黄连素与硫糖铝治疗慢性胃炎可提高临床疗效且使用安全。

[Objective]This study was aimed to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of berberine combined with sucralfate in treating chronic gastritis.[Methods]The literatures published until September 2017 were searched in the databases.The proportional odds ratio model was established,as logarithmic odds ratio（lnOR）was applied for clinical efficacy analyses.Based on meta-analyses of ordinal outcomes was conducted by Stata11.0 software.[Results]Meta-analyses showed that the effect of combined medication is better than that of berberine used alone[lnOR=1.11,95%CI（0.95,1.27）,P〈0.0001].There was no significant difference of adverse drug reactions between combined medication and berberine used alone[OR=1.03,95%CI（0.65,1.63）,P=0.906].[Conclusion]The current evidence shows that it is a safety and improved clinical efficacy way to use berberine and sucralfate combined medication to treat chronic gastritis.
