基于STM32微处理器的精准喷药控制系统设计

摘要 为了适应精准农业对农业的规模化发展的要求,提高农业物料投入效率,设计了一种用于农业植保机械的精准喷药控制系统。该系统基于STM32微处理器,结合多种传感器、液晶屏、键盘及电动推杆等实现目标喷药量输入设定、实时喷药量人机交互监控,以及喷药量自动精量调节。该系统在枸杞种植植保方面得到了很好地应用示范,对提高农业植保机械智能化水平,减少农药使用量具有参考意义。 In order to meet the requirement of the large-scale development in precision agriculture and improve the input efficiency of agricultural materials,we design a precise spraying control system for agricultural plant protection machinery. The spraying control system is based on the STM32 micro-processor combing with the multiple sensors,LCD screen,input keyboard and electromotive handspike to implement the setting of target spray volume,real-time spray volume monitoring through the human-computer interaction,and the automatically precise adjustment of spray volume. This system has good application in Chinese wolfberry plant protection. This paper has the reference meaning in reducing the pesticide usage and raising the intellectualization level of agricultural plant protection machinery.
