摘要 为实现外场条件下机载箔条/红外弹投放设备发射器多通道点火脉冲信号的同步采集,设计了基于STM32单片机与ZigBee技术相结合的一体化脉冲采集传输系统。该系统以STM32单片机为数据采集、处理和传输接口控制的核心,以JN5168芯片作为ZigBee无线通信节点,实现对12路点火脉冲信号的同步采集,为机载箔条/红外弹投放设备的维护检测和故障诊断提供数据支持。实验结果表明:该系统功能完善,性能稳定,具有体积小、集成度高和便携方便使用等优点。 In order to realize the synchronous acquisition of multi-channel ignition pulse signal of the launcher of airborne chaff and flare delivery equipment in-situ testing,an integrated pulse acquisition and transmission system based on STM32 microcontroller and ZigBee technology is designed. The STM32 microcontroller has been used as the core of the data acquisition,processing and transmission interface control,and the JN5168 chip as the ZigBee wireless communication node. The 12 ignition pulse signal is acquired synchronously,which can be used to provide data support for maintenance inspection and fault diagnosis of airborne chaff and flare delivery equipment. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of stable performance and fully functional with small size,high integration,portability and being easy to use.
