高原环境对重型运输车辆润滑油品质影响研究

Study on the influence of plateau environment on lubricant quality of heavy transport vehicles

本文使用两辆北方奔驰载重车作为润滑油取样车辆,对取样数据进行检测及分析后,结果显示,在青海高原环境下,取样周期内润滑油各项换油指标均未超出指标范围,润滑油可以有效地降低发动机磨损程度,保证发动机的正常使用,并根据具体的使用情况,得出在青海高原环境下的合理的换油周期,对于该地区行驶的道路运输车辆的维护保养具有指导意义.

This article uses two North--Benz heavy duty trucks as lubricating oil sampling vehicles. After testing and analysis of the sampling data, the results show that in the Qinghai Plateau environment,the changing criteria of the lubricants within the sampling period did not exceed the target range. It can effectively reduce the degree of engine wear,ensure the normal use of the engine,and according to the specific conditions of use, draw a reasonable okl change cycle in the Qinghai Plateau environment, which has guiding significance for the maintenance of road transport vehicles in the region.
