目的:评价医护一体化在延伸护理中的应用效果.方法:对2016年7月至今在我科住院的2100例患者实施医护一体化护理及延伸护理,其中将筛选的58例患者先后进行62次家庭访视.结果:医护一体化在延伸护理中应用后缩短了患者的平均住院日,提高了床位利用率,降低了返院率,提高了患者的满意度.结论:通过采用医护一体化模式及延伸护理模式,提高了护士的专科知识,提高了医生和患者对护理工作满意度,构建了和谐的医、护、患关系.

Objective To evaluate the application effect of medical and nursing integration in extended nursing,Methods Integrated care and extended care were carried out for 2010 patients hospitalized in our department from July 2016 to now,of which 58 patients were selected for 62 family visits,Results The application of medical and nursing integration in extended nursing has shortened the average hospital stay day,improved the utilization rate of beds, reduced the rate of return to hospital, and improved the patient＇s satisfaction, Conclusion Through the adoption of medical and nursing integrated model and extended nursing mode,the nurses＇ specialized knowledge was improved,the satisfaction of doctors and patients to nursing work was improved,and a harmonious relationship between doctors,nurses and patents was built.
