摘要
氯氧镁水泥作为一种气硬性胶凝材料,由于耐水性较差的特点制约了其发展和应用。利用硅灰和六偏磷酸钠作为改性剂来改善氯氧镁水泥的耐水性,采用多元回归模型对试样所得的数据进行了数学建模分析。此外,利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜等检测手段来探究改性剂的改性机理。试验结果显示,在一定添加比例内,硅灰和六偏磷酸钠对氯氧镁水泥耐水性的改善均有促进作用,两者复掺可起到更好的效果。但是,当二者掺量超过一定比例时,氯氧镁水泥的耐水性随着掺量的增加逐渐降低。
Poor water resistance is one of the main factors that limit the development and application of magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC) as a nonhydraulic cementitious material. The study of this paper employs silica fume and sodium hexametaphosphate(SHMP) as modifier to modify the water resistance of MOC and,by using multivariate regression model and mathematical modeling analyzes the data obtained in the sample. In addition,the modification mechanism of the modifier was explored by means of X ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that,in a certain proportion,silica fume and SHMP can promote the improvement of water resistance of MOC and mixing both of them plays a better effect. However,when the content of the two parts exceeds a certain proportion,the water resistance of MOC decreases with the increase of the dosage.
