摘要
在铁路工程简支箱梁施工过程中,经常由于场地、成本等原因无法进行原位现浇,需在别处浇筑完成后横移到指定位置。研究了现有制梁技术,以某铁路工程单线简支箱梁桥为依托,针对无法原位现浇的单线箱梁,提出了单线箱梁墩顶现浇横移施工技术。该施工技术的核心为箱梁横移系统,主要由液压千斤顶、横移轨道及底座构成。该施工方法操作简单、安全可靠、技术经济性好。
In the construction process of railway simply-supported box girder,it is often unable to carry out cast-in-situ work because of the site,cost and other reasons,and it needs to be moved to the designated position after the construction elsewhere. This paper studies the existing technology of girder construction.Taking the single-line simply-supported box girder bridge of a railway project as an example and directing at being unable to carry out cast-in-situ work,the paper proposes the cast-in-situ transversal technology. The core of the construction technology is box girder transversal system, which is mainly composed of the hydraulic jack,the cross track and the base. The construction method is simple,safe,reliable and economical.
