摘要
目的:了解连云港市二级及以上医院护士离职意愿现状,并分析其影响因素,为护理管理者制定相关政策提供理论依据。方法:采用随机抽样法选取连云港市446名护士为研究对象,运用一般情况调查表、离职意愿量表、工作满意度量表进行调查。结果:本组护士离职意愿总分为(14.41±3.67)分,处于较高水平。护士工作满意度与离职意愿呈负相关(P<0.01)。经多重线性回归分析,离职意愿的影响因素为工作满意度的管理、家庭和工作的平衡、婚姻、工资及福利、年龄、工作负荷。结论:应科学管理,根据护士的自身特点及职业发展阶段为其设计不同的职业规划,减少护士流失。
Objective: To assess the turnover intention and the related factors among the nurses in 2-classand above general hospital of Lianyungang, and provide theoretical reference for nursing managers to formulaterelevant policies. Methods: By convenience sampling, 446 nurses were selected and investigated by usinggeneral demographic scale, the turnover intention scale and job satisfaction scale. Results: The total score ofturnover intention was 14.41±3.67, at a high level. The dimensions of job satisfaction were negatively correlatedwith turnover intention(P0.01). The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencingfactors of turnover intention were job satisfaction management, family and work balance dimensions, marriage,wages and benefits, age, and workload. Conclusion: It is recommended that nursing managers should takescientific measures to reduce the loss of nurses according to their own characteristics and career development stages.
