考虑分布式电源时序特性的配网储能配置研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了使储能系统的容量配置更加优化、合理,系统经济性更优。对风电、光伏和负荷三者的时序特性进行分析,提出采用模糊控制原理对混合储能系统中的蓄电池和超级电容进行功率分配,优化蓄电池的充放电状态,以延长蓄电池的使用寿命,提高系统经济性;结合储能装置的投资成本,考虑风光互补特性参数的约束,以系统初始投资成本最低和上网波动功率最小为目标建立多目标模型,优化储能系统容量配置。最后,通过算例分析证明了所建模型的正确性和优越性。 In order to make the configuration of energy storage system more reasonable,the system is more economical.The timing characteristics of wind,light and load are analyzed.The fuzzy control principle is proposed to distribute the power of the storage battery and the supercapacitor of the hybrid energy storage system so as to prolong the service life of the battery and improve the economy.Combining the investment of energy storage device Cost and considering the complementary characteristics of scenery and wind,a multi-objective model is set up with the objective of minimizing the initial investment cost and minimizing the fluctuation power of the Internet,and optimizing the capacity configuration of the energy storage system.Finally,the correctness and superiority of the proposed model are proved by examples.
